ADAS Calibration

We recommend scheduling services every time you perform bodywork on a customer’s vehicle or when repairs have been undertaken following a collision. Our technicians are trained to identify when an ADAS recalibration is required. Of course, ADAS services will also be required to diagnose and resolve the issue if a customer experiences any symptoms of ADAS failure.

While uncalibrated, ADAS may function. However, the uncertainty and potential lack of accuracy can result in major safety hazards. For example, misaligned cameras can produce incorrect readings, increasing the risk of accidents. We do not recommend your customers drive without properly calibrated sensors.

The consequences of an uncalibrated ADAS system can range from minor—such as driver frustration—to severe safety risks that can compromise the well-being of drivers, passengers, and pedestrians. Therefore, it’s critical that collision centers have the skills, know-how, and confidence to diagnose, repair, and calibrate these systems quickly and efficiently to stringent original equipment manufacturer standards.

AOEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer calibration. Components are calibrated to the highest quality to meet the manufacturer’s original specifications.
