Summary
As an Outside Sales Representative at All Clear Diagnostics and Calibration, you will be instrumental in driving sales and expanding our customer base. This role is vital in promoting our unique mobile services, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of our innovative company.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling.
- Manage a designated sales territory, building strong relationships with customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our mobile repair services.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting sales activities.
- Develop strategies for upselling services to existing clients while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Strong skills in territory management and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Experience in cold calling and upselling strategies is essential.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Work schedule and Salary
· Monday – Friday: 8 A.M. – 6 P.M. (can fluctuate depending on need)
· 100% Travel per company necessity
· Salary is based on experience and skill level.
