Area Manager

Company: All Clear Diagnostics & Calibration is a leading provider of diagnostic solutions and services to the collision repair industry.

 

Description of role:

The role of an All Clear Area Manager is to oversee multiple territories and the assigned technicians within a specified region. The Area Manager will supervise all technician training, perform bi-annual reviews, and handle escalated issues from technicians and customers in their markets. A company vehicle is provided.

 

Preferred Experience:

Automotive Experience – 5+ years

Leadership – 3+ years

 

Tasks:

• Technicians’ workload and scheduling
• Weekly employee meetings
• Weekly territory sales visits
• Weekly invoice auditing
• Shipping and receiving tools for technicians
• Bi-annual employee reviews
• Quarterly tool audits
• Employee team-building events
• Coordinate new-hire training

 

Skills and requirements:

• Management experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Emphasis in collision repair or the insurance industry preferred.
• ASE and I-CAR certifications are desired but not mandatory.
• A professional attitude, good customer service, and the ability to maintain a neat work environment are a must.
• Company-provided training is offered through I-Car, and the opportunity to obtain ASE and OEM certifications is provided, always ensuring our technicians remain current on new technology and industry standards.

 

Work schedule and Salary:

• Monday – Friday: 8 A.M. – 6 P.M. (can fluctuate depending on need)
• Frequent travel is required
• Salaried position with bonus structure
